![]() A short of some sort is the reasonable cause. The reason the resistors are frying is due to excessive current through them. ![]() Replace your IC and hopefully you are good to go. Replace them and the resistors and test again just to be sure. If the short goes away it is the capacitors. If there is a short try removing the capacitors and again test for a short. If there is a short it is either by some sort of wire or trace on the board or through the capacitors. Use an ohm meter and see if there is a short circuit across C92 and C93. I would check these capacitors to see if they are shorted. Looking at the schematic your resistors R58 and R81 (these are not fuses although they seem to acting as such in your circuit) do not go to ground rather they are going to capacitors C92 and C93 respectively.
